Ruth Black is a New York City based Make- Up artist.

After graduating MUD Make-up Designory completing the mastery program, She went on to  compete in IMATS battle of the brushes Atlanta for Special FX then on to IMATS LA winning 1st place for beauty/fantasy.

Ruth has always had a love for makeup and its ability to change a person. Not only through special FX and someones physical appearance  but also through beauty to enhance someones natural features.
